has there been updated work to compensate for air temperature differences, and will they cope with one of these on a model rocket with 2-stage boost? (goes really really high!)
More pragmatically, given summer to winter temp differences in California, is it something I even care about (aside from putting one on my friends rocket..)? I really only need repeatable numbers for heat loss in a cylinder due to temp and wind effect, so repeat ability seems to be there, but what happens when I compare my numbers to other people, how far am I likely to be off given the lack of compensation if most of my data is collected between 60-80 F ambient?
